We do not accept returns or do refunds for shipped products. For locally purchased items we will do an exact item replacement under the following circumstances:
a. you notify us of the issue within 1 business day. If purchased on Saturday, same day.
b. provide pictures or video of the issue.
c. must be product quality related. ie. foreign material found inside the item, broken or otherwise inedible.
